If possible, the reason that you might have got banned for:
The server kicked me and said I was banned. I dont even know what I did. It said something about a c4 glitch. Anyway I always play on this server with no problems. Please lift the ban so I can get back on the server and play. Again there is no reason why I should be banned. I am not a cheater.

I also contacted punk buster and even balance. punk buster says its not in their database that im on the banned list. Im waiting for a response by even balance.

This is what it tells me when I try and play: "Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster permanent ban issued on this Game Server for player 'watchyourbehind' ... Prior Kick/Ban" ​

Please allow time for the banning admin to respond. Since this was metro I assume you were killing with C4 through the floor at B? This is a glitch in the map and not allowed in our server. I'm sure if you agree to follow the rules the banning admin will agree to lift the ban.

I agree to the rules. But im still not sure what you mean about "killing with C4 through the floor at B?" Thanks in advance.

I am the one who banned you. You were sitting down in the tunnel throwing c4 up the wall. This results in players above, this time it was me who died, getting killed. This is a glitch and not permitted on our servers. After talking to other members of my clan, they said you were warned in chat and through the "yell" that c4 glitching through the floor would get you banned. In my opinion, you obviously do not think that this is a glitch. I am waiting for your response before i make a decision on your ban appeal.
 
I did not see the chat. I dont know what a "yell" is. Im assuming its through a headset. Which I do not use because I have no idea how to set one up. I was sitting down in the tunnel waiting for a potential target to run past my c4 to kill him. I had no idea it would "kill players above". I apologize that I made a mistake. But a ban on my "lack of knowledge" or not seeing (in chat)or hearing (if thats what a yell is) a warning of such glitch, In my opinion was uncalled for. I honestly had no idea. And honestly I could'nt even tell you where glitches are or are not. However if I knew I would avoid such "glitches". If there is a way I could find out this info, by all means point me in the direction and ill read up on it.

A "yell" puts it in big letters at the bottom of your screen so everyone in game can see it. As far as the ban, I will have them lift it. Know that if for any reason you are banned again on Metro, it will not be lifted.
