If possible, the reason that you might have got banned for My buddies were having a friendly trash talk battle in a small lobby for fun. I asked my buddy lexus what small peepee meant in japanese and when he explained it he got banned.

"Chinko chisai" means "ちんこ小さい"
means small peepee

As a Japanese, I would like to add more context. I can explain what he wanted to say in Japanese.

"Chinko chisai" （in Japanese, "ちんこ小さい"） means a completely "small penis" in English.
He wrote this sentence in Japanese roman alphabet character.

small = Chisai = 小さい

There is no other answer than "ちんこ小さい" as a Japanese.
It has no other meaning at all. Its just means ちんこ at all.

Perhaps Chinko=ちんこ is some kind of trigger, but this pronunciation is in the "cha chi chu che cho" = "ちゃ ち ちゅ ちぇ ちょ" family.
Its commonly used as the Roman alphabet in Japan.
