ok so dont flame me if i missed a post from awhile back about this, because i seem to remember reading something about it already but cant seem to find the post. but
Was the avatar upload disabled i seem to keep thinking it was i cant seem to upload mine.

upload it to imageshack or photobucket, then use the URL. There is an option below your usersettings to put in the link of your avatar.
