Appealing my ban

Ethinic/ Relgious word & Racial slurs will not be lifted. We don't care why or with who you used it with. Only in a unique situation a ban such as this may be lifted. False positives for example. Regarding to ban appeals, offering donations, although appreciated, will NOT help your appeal.

If possible, the reason that you might have got banned for. possible language infringement (legit context) ; I myself am from a jewish background, a person on the other team with the name "strive" in it basically used jew in a derogatory / pajaoritive manor.

Any additional comments you would like to add? I then went on to exclaim that hearing that must mean he is white trash because blaming the jews is a low blow.

First you missed the z from your name, but I found you through chat. SomnambulistzV3H for the HAs to look you up in the system.

Second, I looked at the chat from both Stridevv (http://tbgclan.gameme.com/player_histories/chat/5229434) and you (http://tbgclan.gameme.com/player_histories/chat/5229561) and I dont see what you are referring to. Stridevv mentioned nothing about jews till you called him white trash and mentioned going after jews. If we are missing information that we cant see here please let us know.

I should have recorded the shadow play moment with the in game chat that was repeated. That is where I heard the derogatory / pajortive (where jet was actually the 3 letter infringement). In any case, I am happy to speak to any admin on team speak or do what is necessary to re-climate the situation at your administrations timeline.

I really appreciate the patience and understanding in this matter, i felt bad asking a question on the chat feed too, which was actually originally me apologizing for having to make 2 of these posts to answer your first question. Luckily I changed my email of my account to my gmail and was able to confirm the account. It's weird but the website doesn't seem to send to my hotmail (my primary and what i use for steam, origin and actually business *i'm a uni student but work part time in a law office*). Anyways, I'm not usually a SJW trying to correct bigoted / intolerant behavior but the guy really irked me by saying (of a Talmudic background "tow" over the voice chat), I'm all first amendment (up here in Canada section 1 of the constitutional act) but i guess the whole passover coming up thing gets the backs up (i'm fairly secular but still honor my grandparents / parents wishes).

No matter what I didn't seek to purposely or maliciously break any of the community / clan's rule guidelines in a manor un-befitting players of the server and do apologize for any time / stress this has caused.
