Ethinic/ Relgious word & Racial slurs will not be lifted. We don't care why or with who you used it with. Only in a unique situation a ban such as this may be lifted. False positives for example. Regarding to ban appeals, offering donations, although appreciated, will NOT help your appeal.

And again deliberate slurs will NEVER BE LIFTED including any attempt to troll or test the filter. We dont care or why. Our house our rules! The rules and punishment in the server are very clear. Only false positives or legit context will be lifted. Yes

Sorry it's late and I've been playing for who knows how many hours, and my reading comprehension has probbaly gone to shit, but what are the Yes/No radio buttons for, there doesn't seem to be a question in?

ChromeLightsaber was spectating me for a fairly long time, which I was pretty glad about because the normal BF player will whine but not actually take the time to spectate and make a video. So hopefully there is one forth coming from Chromo, that he found suspect? not sure on that part

Anyway, to say I'm a regular on your BF4 all maps server is probably the biggest understatement of the year. Since you've taken down your dragon teeth server, I only play on it. Took a short break to play on another clan's server because I had a clanie to join off of.

Anyway, not really sure why ChromeLightSaber banned me. I'm definitely an above average player, I've played in competitive leagues and ladders through several of the Battlefield titles, but even still I don't hold a candle to some of the real competitive players out there. For instance I still remeber playing SixFinn's in Cevo for BF3 like it was yesterday, they hadn't slept, yet still wiped the floor with the 5 man team that FLOT had well rested. Anyway my point is, I've played competitive games running Cevo's Paladin anticheat, I've played ESL vs matches running ESL wire anticheat, etc. I've been playing BF4 for a little over 1000 hrs now, and probably have 1300 hrs in BF2142. If there are any old hats among you that might remember FLOT from the 2142 days, I was a pain in the ass with the clark. These day's it's the mass.

But anyway, while I know there are plenty of players that might complain about me, there's plenty of regular's that know the difference between a avg battlefield player complaining about everything and a legitimate complaint.

With that in mind, I usually stay out of chat, never disrespectful etc. The vast majority of chat messages will be gg, even when I lose, which I do plenty. My above average gameplay isn't a detriment to the server, i think there are plenty of above average players that come to your server for just what it offers, a safe place for skilled players to get some competition. I enjoy playing against the FROG and FOTN (not to be confused with FLOT [because FLOT > FOTN] ) players.

Anyway now that winter's behind us, it's harder for me to the stream to twitch, with the heat my computer generates. My my usual video feeds that have plenty of similar K/D's

I've been former streaming admin at PBBans, when FLOT had a battlefield following and we ran server's. They don't let you become a streaming admin without their background check. I've also streamed to ACI for BF3 too as well.

You'll see plenty of people in chat go bananas with insults in chat because they feel cheated by me, but it's certainly not the case. Tonight I told CamaIus that the server ran spectator and that he should spectate me instead of the nonsense he kept spewing in chat, so I assume he fetched Chromo.

Anyway that's my spiel. Bottom line is, I don't cheat. never have, never will. I Have a clear history of above average gameplay, with greater scrutiny than just your average battlefield clan hosted server provides. This is my appeal. I hope to be playing on your server's again soon.

Video of certain aspects of your gameplay will be reviewed within 12-24 hours privately as it isn't a 'K/D stat based ban'
