Any additional comments you would like to add? : I was playing 1 hour to the server and for no reason, i've got banned

Yes, and the ban was for the alias of Mairbek. It is you. You are banned.
 
Mairbek isn't my account
A friend sold me the game with his account so i don't know what he did on your server, if he hacked, insulted or other things

You're friend most likely sold you that account because it's useless to him and he cannot play becuase he was banned for hacking.

Sorry, but as long as you hold that account with your name linked to it we will not allow you to play on our servers.

I would ask your friend for your money back.
