Wazzup TBG folks. Found another douchebag speed hacking with the APC tonight. Me, Killingseed, Bob, and Sgt Sid all saw him multiple times tonight. His name is K~n~3~t~X*

Here's a screenie with him driving and me inside. It doesn't say much, but I am certain it was him. There is no mistake.
