well every day see bums with AOL 150-300 ping and for a good 15-20 min some times 4 or 5 of them and the game becomes unplayable

I play this server every day ,and in the last 3 weeks tons of clowns with high ping 180 -300 all the time ... Can the addmins set up a auto kick feature when someone hits over 150 ping they get kicked and sorry i have no idea if this is the right place...
