I have resolved this issue with the BF Admin Tools team. Appears that some IP ranges were recently changed on my ISP network and this caused the script to think I was using a VPN.

Sorry, I was told to fill out a ban appeal (https://www.tbgclan.com/threads/all-bf4-conquest-maps-server-issue.59456/). I used to play on your servers a lot and never had this issue and I can join and play on other servers without getting kicked. I've contacted my ISP and they confirmed there...

Whenever I try and connect to this TBG BF4 server I get an error message about 'no VPN allowed'. I don't use any VPN. Any suggestions?

Actually my first post is not completely correct. I do know of the phrase 'spick and span' which we use in the UK to describe a clean thing after cleaning it. However, according to urbandictionary it appears that your server auto-script has inadvertently taught me a racist slur... :(
