If you have the option for cable/fiber I'd definitely go that route. Like most things, wireless just doesn't have the same reliability as a wired connection.
Satellite has come a far way though. I remember back when your dish would physically move depending on what channel you wanted to...
I built this a couple years back and it ran BF4 at max.

From what I've read, DDR3 and DDR4 are virtually identical in terms of gaming performance. But the CPU socket type associated with those boards is more important than the RAM type.
I wish I could edit but it's mainly because his ping is only due to latency (due to distance) and not due to packet loss (those people you see skipping around, blocking doorways at spawn, etc.) No other servers complain about him since it's his disadvantage (he dies easier than he kills) but...
This pleases me.
Can I ask a favor in that maybe the ping limit can be turned up just a tad to ~300 or so? I have a Aussie friend I love playing with but his ping is 250-260 and he ends up being autokicked eventually and your server is the only one with this guy banned so far. :(

This pleases me.
Is there also a plugin that shows when teammates flash eachother at spawn? Not that this is a problem in your server... but I've been asking the devs for over 6mos now for a simple chat notification for team flashes (similar to what we get for teamwounding).
It's the main...
If you really want a nice Android STB (set top box), the nVidia Shield TV is amazing. If you have a recent Geforce GPU too, it makes it all the better. Unlike the Steam Link, the Shield TV can stream 60fps 4k HD + 7.1audio from your beastly PC to your living room which is great for all these...
That sounds about right. For this build I'm running a EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G2 80+ GOLD:

Asus Maximus Vi Formula
1x Corsair gForce SSD for OS/Important Games & Apps
2x WD Velociraptor 10,000rpm HDD in RAID 0 for Storage
1x WD Red HDD (for backup)

I have the Sennheiser PC363D which Windows identifies as G4ME ONE, and I love them. My first open-ear headset and I can't say anything bad about them.
Made the switch from Logitech G930's and I like these a bit more. Better high's/poisitional audio from these I believe. Better audio from the...
Your Insurgency servers are awesome, but sadly we are stuck with idle players sometimes because we aren't able to kick.
I get that you guys probably disabled playerkicks because they do get abused, and I totally understand that. By default it requires 2 or 3 players to start a kick, and...
I used to be really big into Alex Jones but now I mainly like him for entertainment value. I love his faux British accent he does, that one in front of Piers was awesome as it happened exactly on my birthday. That was a hell of a birthday present!
This one was pretty good too:
As far as...
I saw it in 70mm a couple days ago.
Apart from the wider aspect ratio, I couldn't really tell the difference between this an a digital presentation.
Although I have read that not everyone's 70mm showing is the same. Since theaters have steadily moved to digital over the years, there's fewer...
You couldn't go wrong either way. Spec-wise, they are virtually identical.
They both have USB and headphone ports, no integrated speakers (not a big deal honestly) and both lack G-Sync support, although BenQ XL2730Z does have FreeSync support. Although I can't notice a difference with...
