I wish I could edit but it's mainly because his ping is only due to latency (due to distance) and not due to packet loss (those people you see skipping around, blocking doorways at spawn, etc.) No other servers complain about him since it's his disadvantage (he dies easier than he kills) but...

This pleases me. Can I ask a favor in that maybe the ping limit can be turned up just a tad to ~300 or so? I have a Aussie friend I love playing with but his ping is 250-260 and he ends up being autokicked eventually and your server is the only one with this guy banned so far. :(
