[BF3] I can't post a unban appeal

I was banned because of my stupidity and as I wanted to post an unban appeal it kept saying that my ip isn't banned, but in fact it is. When I join it says its a permanent ban by punkbuster.
I don't feel safe enough to post my ip here

Reason why you should be unbanned: Look I was banned because I said "what is this nicca doing" with a g. Lately I have been playing with a group of black friends and it just found it's way into my vocabulary. I honestly didnt mean it as a insult, it was kind of like what is this dude doing. I am very sorry for that and I really didnt think I would get banned. Battlefield 3 is my favorite game and there arent many servers left and yours was my favorite so it would mean so much to me if I would be unbanned, doesnt even have to be today. Let me serve a punishment but not permanenet man come on.

What do you mean extended? Am I banned permanently or not? Because it does say I am.

So seriously, you're going to give me a perm ban over that word, which btw isn't even an insult. That's just stupid since bf3 is dying and I was always playing on your server and it was my favorite one and you just ban me, okay man.
