Can someone shine some light on this? Never heard of this one. Glitch, hack?
 
Giving himself an item not available on teh map, seems like a hack to me.

His top vehicle isn't available on that either.

FYI there is a hack out there you can purchase that allows you to have any pickup on any map... if anyone has evidence of the rosch or rawr or accipitator on a non final stand map should be insta perma ban..... seen it a couple of times on the lockers server now... hope this helps

Only exception would be in GunMaster, as the Rorsch is in one of the rotations. That is the only legit way it can be used on a non-FS map.
