This guy is a peice of work. He hacks, aimbots, rams, glitches, swears and cheats on his taxes. He usually plays on Tampa server. I have tried to ban & kick him but the server admin doesnt apply to him for some reason.

Did he change his IP again? I'll have to do another IPSec if that's the case.
