Any additional comments you would like to add?
Probably the admin is refering to and old BF3 account (2013) that has an EvenBalance ban on which the appeal went nowhere, even with stats of 1.17 KD and 970 hours played.

After trying to appeal to EB ith no success on which a machine responded with an standard email, and closed the appeal -you can´t talk to anyone- and craving to continue playing (Ive been playing BF since early 00s), I opened a new acount which is the one im using now since then (also linked below) and in which I was playing when got the ban on your server; I have 2.4 KD with 2011 hours of playing (thats a lot of hours!).

As you can see in the links, both accounts have completely normal stats and serious hours of playing. I would appreciate if you could review them and reconsider the ban.

Hello Wolf,

As this was an actual Admin who banned you, you will have to wait for @Avery78 to respond. Or a Head Admin if they get to this first.

However on a side note, if what you say is true, we do not allow people with past bans to play on our servers.

@Avery78 and a HA will be with you as soon as possible. As it is the middle of the night you will most likely have to wait till tomorrow for a response.

Thank you for your reply Sgt Kokeui.

I agree not letting players with prior bans is a reasonable and good measure to limit cheating in any server, i´m afraid it might also affect cases of false positives as I`m trying to prove. Hopefully after reviewing the stats/links (check twitch) you would verify there´s no cheating involved, even on the old banned account (1.17 KD... I used to play so bad!)

Thank you again, I´ll be waiting for Avery78 to review the case.

Regards,

Wolfarelli.

No need for @Avery78 to respond in this thread. Wolfarelli, you have a prior ban under PBBans that is directly linked to you. You did have a different account with the alias Arghoideum as well as Wolfarelli that was begun immediately after the prior account of Wolfarelli was banned. If you have a problem with the PBBan, you need to take it up with www.evenbalance.com Oh wait, it was already denied.

^ This, sorry there is nothing we can do you will have to take this up with evenbalance.
When managing our servers for cheats this includes checking out pbbans. We have a rule that if you have a prior ban for cheating you are seen as a cheater until you clear your name.

Thank you for responding @Avery78, I understand and respect that rule. Just for the record, would you please check the stats and confirm if you see any suspicious data?

@MacN8r, those are aliases of my actual account, which stats (and stats of the original account) I linked as a prove that there is no cheating involved.

We have an extensive review set up that we don't divulge the particulars of when assessing people who play on our servers. Folks will only hear from us when appealing and as such is a confirmation or denial.
Obviously something tripped pbbans who we stream to, we have full confidence in the mechanics they use to catch people and it is supremely rare that there is an error. This is something we have no control over or unable to by-pass or turn over. People can toggle their hacks on/off at anytime even if for only a few minutes, but run the risk of getting caught by pbbans.

I can tell you that the particular VIOLATION (PB HACK) #130895 is confirmed linked to users of a hack that was put out there.

Ok thank you everyone for you time. Take into account that it would have been easier for a cheater to just change the name of the account (it has another GUI) to keep playing. I keep using similar alias because i`m confident there is no hacking involved and I`m giving you all the stats and twitch.tv videos so you can make your own opinions.

I understand that info is not enough to liberate the PBBans rule that you have.

Thank you again for your time.

Regards.
