NFL is a private entity so they can do whatever they want. The whole "freedom of speech" argument is ignorant.
On one hand, I think it is pointless and a waste of their time, energy, etc.
On the other hand, I think that people need to act like adults in any workplace.
As long as the stupid Government doesn't get involved I don't care what they do.
