So I've been using a 27" Apple Cinema display for quite some time and I have a 27" Thunderbolt display at work that I fixed before. We have left over parts. My shits been buzzing for months now. Power supply has gone bad.
See these two, a tad different right? Not just different OEM's. But one is for an entirely different display. No matter its going in!

The biggest differences are the screen and the main board. The extra ports on the thunderbolt model also caused a design change to the speaker. I knew for sure the fans were the same model as this was originally what I was after.

Fixed a computer while I was picking up the parts at 2AM:
