Has anyone used it or had any experience with it? I'm seeing a sweet deal on e-bay, should i go for it? (currently i have a wireless microsoft mouse which eats batteries like a morbidly obese female being devours cake.

Have never used Steel Series, but have heard good and bad about them. I would say try it if it's not too much money and resell it if it sucks.
