Something illegal going on...

That gun was stolen too... and the one guy is illegal... and the damage to the parking lot.. tags are expired... that and these frickin hobos don't even go for the bushes anymore. sleeping in the middle of the parking lot? inconsiderate pricks
 
I think the Ford's tyre pressures are worth investigating. Otherwise looks ok.
