There are many other players who attack uncap all the time and no one bans them. I've always played on this servers fairly and helped fill the server when it's usually empty Anyway, I apologize if I broke any rules.

Then report those players who will be punished accordingly. Knowingly breaking the rules because "other players do it and no one bans them" is not an excuse.
