In clip #1, the impact of M320s fired by ulhy was completely silenced, with only damage registering. This is contrary to normal game mechanics where an explosive sound should be heard for each shot of M320 fired.
In addition, the M320 has a reload time of 2.5 seconds [1]. In clip #1, however, ulhy is able to shoot the M320 in rapid succession, below the normal reload time, to score a kill against the player in the clip. It is ulhy shooting all the M320s because all the impacts do not have an explosive sound.
In clip #2, ulhy here is caught again shooting M320s with the impact completely silenced. It would help to play the video at 0.5x speed, and pause as necessary. The impact of the silenced M320 is at 0:11, and ulhy was identified at 0:18. As ulhy was the only player looking at me at that time, the M320 has to be shot by him.
These two clips confirm that ulhy is using weapon modifications. His unusual M320 impacts with no explosive sounds were also called out by various players.
