Additional comments MeanDean ended up banning this guy as I was writing the post up. But posting anyway in case he appeals.
Noticed enemy team was all spotted even when they shouldn't be (way back in their spawn). There was no MAV, or TUGS. The video shows nikofire22's (#5 on my team) score regularly going up increments of 10 (the points needed for a spot assist). You can see everybody spotted on the minimap.
Conclusive? Maybe not. There are some other things that give 10 points. But according to the battlereport he only played engi. This means he couldn't be getting heal points, resupply points, mav/tugs spots, or driver/passenger assist points. He also got no repair ribbons, this also rules out repair points. That leaves one thing left that gives 10 points: spot assists.
Additionally he has some suspicious weapon stats. Nearly a 70% hskr on his AKS (only 43 kills) and 60% on the M4A1.
