This play has a very similar naming convention to previously banned player (i.e. 0040bf3), also plays from the same city in Germany. Player also mentioned in-game chat that he "will come again" (https://www.tbgclan.com/threads/cheater-its-fun-i-will-come-again-i-love-this-server.61667/).
When attempting to get footage of this player, he promptly left the server after knowing I logged on, further adding suspicion that he is indeed 0040bf3.
Any additional comments? Reported player was alluded to have many accounts, described by report at https://www.tbgclan.com/threads/reporting-a-player.61644/. Please consider an IP ban.
