He was just flying, teleporting/dashing and throwing c4 on our allies all over the map, including our own deployment. The votekick hadn't enough votes to kick/ban him. Any additional comments? Just a suggestion, i think lowing down the number of votes to kick/ban someone should be a good solution... many people still don't know how to use the command properly
