Offense committed: Repeated trolling and blocking of tank and lav spawn during whole game so that we couldn't fight back.

During one round he got in gunner seat the entire round and didnt shoot or repiar, which is annoying but I didn't take screenshots. The next round he started blocking the lav spawn outright on grand bazaar or taking it while we repaired and getting it destroyed. He blocked it the whole game and this time I took screenshots.
Please look at the chat in each of them and the ticket count to see that it was the entire round.
