This guy plays everyday since at least a week, I can't believe he hasn't been reported til now. Btw he's playing right now and killing your serv.

You might consider adding a vote system. Compared to other servers, cheaters seem to know they won't get banned immediately and they just keep playing the whole day til they are reported and eventually banned.
