Evidence can be anything from Circumstantial stuff like screenshots, links to stat pages etc. or hard evidence like Videos.

Evidence: Check chat logs in the video...in the beginning, the middle and a ram caught on video at the end.

I'll have to look at the logs but the only ram I saw in the video. This would usually warrant a kick or kill before banning. He may have also been disabled being chased from behind and your fire. If you have multiple shots of ramming please post.

I can attest to this player intentionally ramming. He's done it before all round a few months back.
