Offense committed: First used a glitch in the dam where you can't see him or shoot him, but he could see and kill you. Then on Paracel storm he was sniping from his spawn

Hi Hunter,

Thank you for the report. If he was glitching video or picture evidence helps us the best, so if you are able to get anything please let us know. We will keep an eye on him ourselves as well.

As for sniping from spawn, their is nothing against that in our rules. We only have rules against attacking people in the uncap, not shooting out from it. However if someone is shooting out, you can shoot right back at them.
