If you look at chat at the end of the round you see him advertise he gets his hacks from *****EDITED OUT BY 2TARTU*****
Comments Looks like he just got the account by amount of time played, but him advertising a hacking website in chat with everyone complaining about him hacking also makes him very suspicious.
