Question about player behavior

There is a player that frequents the Air and Sea server on BF4 and seems to have a problem with the Friends United (FU) clan tag I wear. He claims we're nothing but a bunch of hackers despite the lack of evidence. Anytime we wind up in the same squad, he spams the "Request Order" button until he gets squad leader then he kicks me from the squad. It's been quite an annoyance a couple times. I like to keep my squads public because I like talking with and coordinating with other players or I would just set the squad to private.

How do y'all feel about this? Should I just suck it up or should I report him next time?
