Short and sweet: lightning strike, PSU puked, funds low. You guys know the drill. Hoping nothing else got zapped.

Sad thing is that I haven't had a chance to log onto the game for over 2 weeks, unrelated to this problem. Had a lot of out-of-town trips and stuff to tend to...Nice storm came through yesterday. FU Mother Nature.

ugh. that is no good. Look into a UPS. Living near the gulf coast, we have showers/storms on a daily basis. Cant tell you how awesome they are, and great at saving components!

Great suggestion for anyone with a computer ;)

Just curious @colonelk0rn but does your PSU have warranty if not what size you needing or do you have a power surge protector with a high joule rating?
 
Yeah, I'd contact them at the very least they can tell you how to short it to get it working again if possible and if not, send it back in under warranty.
