New ArmA 3 Sever added..

We now have a 30 man Blitzkrieg Server ... I spent about 9 hrs re-coding the map to work with the new patch .. Seems to be pretty stable ...

Added to the servers list along with the Domination Cod 4 server. We still use the banner that bracketslash made for us and I never set up a second one. Figured moving the script back to the NY server was the perfect opportunity.
