Since 45 minutes had past and he didn't appear to still be doing it I kicked him and told him next time = ban. If he comes back again let us know and either myself or another admin will ban him.
 
Works for most people, hopefully he has some common sense and heeds your warning.

Yep, I remember this guy. I was MEC commander on the Karkand IO server earlier on Tuesday (2pm EST or so) when LHollstein was dropping C4 around me.

Now that I think about it that name sounds familiar. If I remember correctly I have had problems in the past with him doing the same thing but if he does it again rest assured he will be banned.
