This stuff seems really popular in Japan... I've seen a few of the "black clothes background people slow-mo theater" videos on youtube... hadn't seen this one though. Pretty cool.
 
I've seen a few of those as well. This one is a new one to me, and a good one. I like that they did in reverse.
