[BF4] Campus internet blocks pings, kicked for pingenforcer

So, pretty much every server I try to play on that's not official, I get kicked out of because I have a missing ping. The ping can't get past my floors router because it's either not forwarded or it's blocked. So basically, I can't join any servers, even though I would really like to. I've tried pretty much everything, and I can't ping any servers even in the browser. Is there any way I can be whitelisted or something for this? I would really appreciate it. Here's my battlelog profile: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/user/MoeOverload/
