Bought a new mouse and a headset today at Microcenter after I got of work

My mouse that I had for five years died last night before I went to bed. So I got this CM Storm ? Products: Sentinel Advance II

Given that I don't want to unplug my speakers and replug them when I'm gaming and not. I bought a USB set. I bought this out of a whim. The good 2.0 sets were either out or looked like someone tried opening it. The other sets were just cheap looking.

Good. I have to get use to 7.1 instead of my 5.1 speakers and the over sensitive mouse.

Return that headset and get an equivalent stereo headset Erik. 7.1 headsets just don't work as well as stereo. I'm using this:

I got them for 170.00. They are simply otherworldly. Comfy, awesome sound and great for more than just gaming.

I've had a 7.1 headset before and did okay with them. I bought these right when 2142 came out. Razer Megalodon Gaming Headset - 7.1 Surround Sound Headset

I have one of the CM Sentinel mice. It's not bad but I handed it down to my son because the software is glitchy and went with a G500. The funny thing is he won't even use it, he uses my old G9 instead.
