omg im a idiot i forgot i had my vpn on. I was getting a message that I was banned from the server though will that still appear since I have my VPN on?

You shouldnt be banned, all you should have to do is turn off your vpn and should be able to join no problem but if you are still having trouble after turning it off let us know.
Edit: but if you have your VPN on you will be kicked everytime as we dont allow VPNs on our servers
