I have been an admin on TF2 servers and gmod servers. I am very technologically savvy as well. I will be able to pay eventually, however, I am a college student that can barely make ends meet as it is. Needs a good clan, gaming is my escape! ​

You apparently don't read very well. The application says that you need to be able to donate to apply. All of our servers tell you as you join through yell messages and through chat messages throughout the game that you will be permanently banned for racial slurs and they will not be removed.
