Ethinic/ Relgious word & Racial slurs will not be lifted. We don't care why or with who you used it with. Only in a unique situation a ban such as this may be lifted. False positives for example. Regarding to ban appeals, offering donations, although appreciated, will NOT help your appeal.

If this is a ban through Punkbuster this is something that we cannot lift. You would have to take it up with Evenbalance.

We have confirmed that Violations #81570 and #81576 in BF3 may be triggered by non-cheat software. These Violation codes have been removed from our system and we encourage server admins to give the benefit of the doubt to players who raised these violation numbers.

So it took 2 months of aggravation and E-mails to pbbans and Even Balance but it looks like they have finally admitted that #81570 and #81576 are false positives. The info is posted on their website http://www.evenbalance.com/index.php?page=support-bf3.php

It is also cleared with GGC http://www.ggc-stream.net/news/246/...+and+#81576+has+been+removed+from+the+banlist

When you have the time, please check my game name on PBbans.com to confirm that the ban on my game has been cleared (Army_Of_One67)

After the EXTREME lack of help I received from PBbans and Even Balance these last 2 months I wouldn't wish this on anyone that has to try to clear their name and reputation.

Sorry for the long post but I'm really looking foward to finally playing BF3 again this weekend.

Thanks for the extra info. I was aware of your ban and previous appeal and was checking your stats, our ban lists, etc. You should be good to go on joining our BF3 server or BF4 servers on our side. I didn't find any manual bans in place on our servers.
