Oh this has nothing to do with hackers, just that you were bullying him in chat where everyone could see it. Now tell me someone why someone of an admin position should be doing this? Even if it is just a joke.

Joel bullied someone on locker today about his penis. I was not able to take pictures of this because of the chat being active, but you need to go back and look at his logs and inform him that he needs to lead by example. How can he tell others to follow the rules if he does not?
