I love getting together with my brothers and sisters of the American Legion Riders and giving back to our men and women of the United States Military.

I’m especially great full to still be alive after suffering a severe heart attack and actually being pronounced dead before they brought me back on March, 24, 2017 and opened me up and preformed a triple bypass and replaced my aortic valve with a pig valve.

After losing me a second time on the table after the operation they placed me in a medically induced coma for a week before I finally woke up and started my recovery and then rehab and finally made it home.

My recovery took over a year and a half but I’m back to my grumpy old self and doing everything that the doctors told me not to do. It feels good to be alive!!
