Alright so steam has an official app now with chat and purchases and everything for Android and iOS. But the catch is if your not in you cant use it.

I tried to use it over a day ago and couldnt get in. Today I noticed I had Steam Mobile Access in my inventory on my steam. Sure enough I can sign in on my phone now. So either it was random, trying to get it gets you it. Or when the Techgage Editor in Chief who is part of the beta added me on Steam he unknowingly got me in. No clue.
