[Squad] Tactics I see in Squad now days

I know many of you have Military and/or other training and know how to acquire a target and hit in the general direction of it, I know playing Squad lately I have scene some very snackbar ish Tactics, like firing in the air with your ak, random RPGs in the general direction of the enemy, and random alaha akbar yells.

This video is crazy, pretty much looks like a real life squad match haha;
