Set Windows 10 to 'Ulimate Power Plan' video

Most of what they go over will have next to no effect on gaming. More of an ad for ccleaner
 
It helped my system ... is more responsive now ... especially when loading up programs and searching drives.
 
For startup and minimizing crap that loads at startup.. this is a decent guide. It should make startup much faster.

Just saying for gaming.. you shouldn't see much change.
 
I viewed one video about these changes, as far as gaming goes, and the fps gain was one frame.

However my computer seems more responsive.
