always one-shot kill, when moving as well. Also noticed that he, being a sniper, always goes face to face to the enemy's soldier he spotted, probably because he is sure that he will kill him instantly. ​

i was on there and his score wasn't very suspicious. This player has no priors either

Score was not indeed, but behavior was. Sniper does not exactly strive to go face to face with the enemy. And you don't kill 4 out of 5 in one shot even when static, not to mention moving.

There was another player, I did not pay attention to his name, with negative k/d ratio, but he killed me with MR-444 from about 200 feet. I guess, the very fact that he used MR-444 from 200 feet is already quite telling, even though the score sucks.
