Just did it again, video uploading. His TV is visible in motion at 2:02-2:05 as soon as I start moving off spawn but still in spawn. Got another video from a jet showing him doing the same on someone else. When I called him on it I got a "don't shoot out, cumdumpster" as a reply. Clearly, he doesn't respect server rules, fair play or fellow players.
