Offense committed Intentional friendly fire - C4 vehicles
Additional comments Someone stole his LAV in Grand Bazaar so he decided to switch teams and attach C4 onto friendly vehicles, any small explosion then destroys the vehicle in 1 hit. He did this in Grand Bazaar and Seine Crossing. There should be a more strict rule on this as it happens more frequently.

Grand Bazaar - He gets out at 30sec to attach C4
Seine Crossing 1 - Starts attaching right away
Seine Crossing 2 - Starts attaching C4 at 8sec
