People complained in the chat, so I come here to report it.
Could we have a !report or !ban function in the server?
 
At 3 minutes 57 seconds in that video his health drops from 75% to 0% in 1 frame. You can go forward/back frame-by-frame in Youtube with the , and . buttons. The P90 does a maximum of 50 damage to the head. The kill in the clip was a bodyshot, so should have done 25. But perhaps there is some BF3 glitchery at play, given that its only 1 clip/kill to judge.

If you look at his session history in TBG stats you can see a dramatic change in performance in the last 2 days. He has played 22 hours on TBG. In the first 19 hours his average KDR was around 0.6 and 0.9 was the best he ever managed. The last 2 days (3 hours) he was getting a 2.0 KDR.

His KPM / Kills Per Minute has massively improved too. In the past he was getting well under 1 kill per minute. But in the last 2 days he has was getting 2 kills per minute.

Also based off his chatlogs (there isn't much to go off tbh) it's on the 20th (the same day his stats spiked) that people started accusing him is cheating.

Not conclusive evidence, but something to consider. Assuming you missed it.

His stats have since updated to indicate use of a damage hack. 44.83% kill/hit ratio with the AS VAL. Also note, not a single headshot kill with the gun. He has hit a total of 87 bullets and has killed 39 people with it.
