Any additional comments? He would not let us leave spawn & he would shoot at us in spawn

Do you have a longer video, perhaps of him attacking you as you spawned or as you get into vehicle or of him attacking a teammate in a similar fashion? - as it stands the rules state that if you leave your spawn to engage the enemy and attempt to retreat to your spawn they can chase you down to finish you off - it is one of the exceptions to the no firing in/out of uncaps rule

So to clarify, the video you have provided only shows you flying back into your hanger in your spawn/uncap area where he kills you, in order for us to take action you would need to provide evidence that he attacked uncap before you left your spawn/uncap. and without firing at him first........
