One individual, from Amadora, Portugal, who holds all of the following accounts for cheating:

Offense committed Aimbot, Damage Mod, Wallhacking. This player was reported to be banned but this does not appear so. He now plays with new aliases in the server. He rotates accounts throughout the day to make reporting more difficult. He has been active on the server every day.

Please provide evidence can be anything from circumstantial stuff like screenshots, links to stat pages etc. or hard evidence like Videos.
I made two reports on this particular individual and there was a decision to ban this player. Is there another effective way to ban this player - ISP/regional ban?

I'm grateful DBZ mentioned the pbbans link, because I'd like to bring up another suggestion that will make the server more enjoyable and clean for everyone.

May I suggest the Metro server implement some plugins that will curb the cheating? For example, have the server stream to PBBans and Metabans, and the amount of time and effort spent into investigating and implementing bans on players will be reduced considerably. Several BF3 servers also run scripts that detect and automatically ban players with caught modifying their damage given per shot (ex: A weapon that has a max 25 damage per shot has been tweaked to deliver 40) or attain an unsustainably high kills per minute score.

I'd hope to see these implemented because there are a lot of cheaters in the Metro server, and realistically, many regular players do not have the luxury of time to record, follow, and investigate these players. Furthermore, some of the Reporting a Player reports do not receive responses from an admin.
 
As I type this, the player Awa0458 (Level 13 account) is on the server aimbotting. Many players are growing frustrated with the cheating from this player.
