nobody with 10% acc, and 20-25% hskr will be able to actually put down games of 45% with high numbers of kills

His stats are so blatant lol. I dont know how you dont see this. Everything here is more than enough to ban him 10x over.

What exactly do you look for anyways. That first game is more than enough to ban based on my training. 30% hsk is about as high as anyone can reasonably get without specifically trying for high hsk or using cheats. The low acc + high hsk is a very common and well known identifying marker of cheating. Not sure what you're looking for but as far as I've ever seen it should be obvious he's cheating.
 
When we first glanced over the stats we didnt find anything suspicious. We have been doing this a long, long time.

Then the idiot decides to make it obvious he is toggling.
